Bequests


We are happy to work with you and your attorney to design an estate plan tailored to your wishes. You can arrange a gift of a specific amount, a percentage, or even all or part of your estate. 


Here is some suggested language, but always contact your legal advisor.


GENERAL BEQUEST:

"I give and bequeath to FaithWorks (also known as Southeastern Educational Services, Inc.) PO Box 2902 Brunswick, GA 31521) the sum of $ (or a specific item of property, such as real estate, stocks or bonds, automobile, etc.) to be used as its Board of Directors determines."


PERCENTAGE BEQUEST:

"I give and bequeath to FaithWorks (aka Southeastern Educational Services, Inc.) PO Box 2902 Brunswick, GA 31521), (name a specific percentage) of the total value of my estate to be used as its Board of Directors determines.”


RESIDUAL REQUEST:

You may also leave the residue of your estate after you have provided for family members and other beneficiaries.
